EMPLOYEE SUPPORT

All zoological centres are what they are because of their employees who, through their passion and dedication, ensure that everything works properly. One important part of our job is to listen to the caretakers, veterinarians and other employees who are in contact with the animals to get to know in detail which are their daily needs, since our job is to facilitate theirs. They will have the leading role in the improvement in animal welfare.

A successful design without the support of the work staff may not be possible. The design of the installation is only the first step to promote new routines that are based on animal welfare and on the improvement of the human-animal interspecific relationship. Thanks to this new space, both parts will be able to work in harmony and thus the workers will be able to develop their new tools and knowledge about animal welfare. This knowledge about the needs of each individual is essential to achieve a lasting project.
